SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Every StrideGuard order ships free. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
We ship to all 50 states using a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally on a limited basis. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. StrideGuard is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at mspada2007@gmail.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at mspada2007@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. StrideGuard is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. StrideGuard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at mspada2007@gmail.com and we will do our best to make the correction before it ships.
