StrideGuard Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind StrideGuard with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, wrong size, didn't feel right, changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return.

To be eligible for a return: Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return: Email us at mr@strideguard.store and we'll take care of you. Once your return is approved we'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Please don't send anything back without reaching out first, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or wrong item: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at mr@strideguard.store and we'll make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange for a different size is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the approval. If approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen the refund, contact us at mr@strideguard.store.
